Russian LayBack Pole Dance Shape

Krizzly Lauer

I have been a part of Zero Gravity Studios since 2017.

I got into pole dancing when I moved to Hunsrück and didn't know anyone, and I was looking for a new hobby. I had already tried pole dancing twice at different locations, and since sports, fitness, and movement have always been an important part of my life, I quickly realized that I had found my new passion here. The way to express oneself through pole dancing, whether sporty and dynamic or sensual and as an expression of one's own femininity, quickly fascinated me.

Between 2019 and 2021, I became a mother of two children, but each time I took a break, I returned to sports. Since then, it has been my time out from the busy family life, my indispensable me-time. I usually train several times a week in the studio and try to actively work on my flexibility and strength at home as well.

Since the beginning of 2023, I have been teaching our beginners/level 1-2, and I have found another passion in coaching. Bringing the fun of pole dancing closer to newcomers and showing them what their own body is actually capable of, even though there are often prejudices about their strength and flexibility, is what brings me joy and fulfillment.
