In this Pole Doubles Workshop with Mia & Mareike, you’ll learn partner-based tricks, transitions and combos that focus on trust, timing and clean technique. This workshop is designed for pole dancers who want to explore Doubles Pole in a safe, structured and fun way. Together with Mia & Mareike, you will work on: • Partner grips & safety fundamentals • Weight distribution & communication • Doubles tricks, transitions & short combos • Clean lines and controlled entries/exits The workshop focuses on technique, teamwork and confidence, with progressions and individual feedback. You can book alone or as a fixed duo. If you book alone, we’ll match you with a partner if possible.
